The Types of Information HYropes Collects
Your name, professional title, email address, mailing address, and telephone number (“Personal Information”) is only collected by HYropes when you voluntarily supply it, either online, over the telephone, or through the mail.
If you contact us by email, HYropes may retain your email address.
In some cases, HYropes collects non-personal information, such as:
(a) The URL, or address, of the site you just came from;
(b) The type of Internet browser you are using;

How HYropes Uses the Information it Collects

HYropes will also disclose your information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court appointed receiver, or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action.
As for cookies, as previously noted, this information permits HYropes to recognize you should you return to the web site. HYropes does not share this information with any third parties.
